The Team Competition Prep Program is a 7-week program designed to provide 4-person teams with a combination of individual and team training pieces. Like the Individual Prep program, there is a diverse blend of lifting, conditioning, Bitch Work, swimming, gymnastics – the full gambit – but we’ve added multiple team training pieces per week that are designed to be performed as a team or in pairs. These pieces include practice with worms, synchro training, relay style, you-go-I-go formats, etc.. Everything.
We’ve trained both individuals and teams, and have learned that a team of individuals is not a team that will succeed. There is a lot of practice, cooperation, patience, and unselfishness that is required to succeed as a team in this sport. Along with weekly descriptions of the training, we provide notes regarding team dynamics meant to develop synergy and cohesion to try and assist with these intangibles. Like the Individual program, our Team Competition Prep is not for the faint of heart.
