Misfit Athletics’s Weakness Templates provided the blueprint for creating noticeable change in the athlete’s skill level, strength development, or conditioning at any level. Athletes who elect to take on a weakness template and do so with 100% effort and intensity can expect to see a dramatic change in their proficiency in as little as 2 weeks. For best results, athletes should only use 1 weakness template at a time, and they should not be adding the weakness template on top of their normal training, but they should take the place of something you consider similar in the effort.
