Our Programs
MFT
Who is MFT for?
Our MFT program is designed for athletes that are planning to compete at the Semifinals and/or CrossFit Games level as an individual or team athlete within the next 12 months. Athletes need to plan for 3-5 hours of training daily, typically broken up into two sessions.
What does MFT include?
Our MFT program includes strength, met-cons, intervals, monostructural work, zone 2 sessions, skill, and accessory. We also provide extensive warm-up and cool-down protocols for all types of training pieces. Each day you will see a short list of what we call “mandatory work” for all athletes to complete, followed by additional pieces that you will choose based on your strengths and weaknesses.
Are there specific equipment requirements?
MFT athletes are expected to have access to an extensive list of equipment that reflects potential testing implements at Semifinals and the CrossFit Games.
