Monday, November 15th, marks the beginning of step three in our off-season plan to build our sport's fittest and most resilient athletes. If you're new to the family, you can expect Phase III to kick off with a week of testing highlighted by a strategic set of biases that will reoccur weekly throughout the Phase. If you're a Misfit OG, you can expect two main concepts to emerge. The first is a clear progression that builds on all of the work you've been doing since Phase I. The second is our effort to remind you that the competitive season has inched closer once again and that our plan matched with your incredible efforts has the power to have you that much more ready for what is to come.
This morning I re-read an old favorite quote of mine that brought our relationship with all of you into even more focus:
"You must not only aim right, but draw the bow with all your might."
